Who are we?

Our Team at Dentistry 4 Kids:

Dr. Vij received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) from Loyola University of Chicago, School of Dentistry in 1991. After practicing as a general dentist in Akron, Ohio for 8 years, he chose to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry at University of Maryland, Baltimore, which he completed in 2001. He has served as the director of the Summit County Childrens Dental Health Program, and is an active member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Akron Dental Society, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He is on staff at Children's Hospital of Akron. Dr. Vij is very passionate about pediatric dentistry, and the impact it has on children's lives. His passion carries into his relationships with his patients. He has also published an article "pulp therapy in primary teeth". in Journal of Pediatric Dentistry in 2004.

Dr. Kucera received her D.D.S. from Ohio State University. She then chose to specialize in Pediatric Dentistry which she completed at Metro Health Medical Center. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Ohio Dental Association, Akron as well as the Greater Cleveland Dental Society.
